Housing contracts include 12 equal monthly installment payments, beginning in August and ending in July of each year.
Monthly installment payments include high-speed Internet, cable service, pest control, apartment furnishings, and access to our array of on-site community amenities.

The Mark offers brand new, furnished apartments in Tucson, AZ, that comes move-in ready with premium apartment features. Furniture packages vary by floor plan and may include a bed, dresser, couch, dining set, side tables, and TV.
Each apartment is outfitted with in-unit washers and dryers and stainless-steel kitchen appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. Contact us for more information about our available unit features.
Our off campus apartments vary in size depending on the floor plan selected. The smallest floor plan is The Soho, a studio apartment with 451 square feet. Our largest floor plan is The Davenport, at 1,651 square feet with four bedrooms and individual bathrooms.
Yes. Both high-speed Internet and upgraded cable packages are pre-installed in the units and included with monthly installment payments. Internet access is likewise available in our on-site computer lab, study lounge, private study rooms, and Internet café.
Yes. Our UofA off campus housing community has an on-site parking garage. After signing their housing contract, each resident will have the option to secure a parking spot.
Each installment payment is due on the 1st day of each month. Payments submitted after 9 a.m. on the 4th day of the month are considered late. Residents can either bring their monthly payments to our office or make a payment online using the resident portal.
Yes! We offer a 3-minute shuttle ride to and from campus so students don’t have to worry about the hassle and headache of commuting to class.
