Move-In Procedures
We're thrilled to welcome you to your new home! To ensure a hassle-free move-in experience, we've outlined a step-by-step guide to streamline the process. What To Expect Move-in Day
Hello everyone, your contract begins on 08/17/2025, and unfortunately no exception can be made for an earlier move in date. Please arrive at 55 N. Park Ave., Tucson, AZ 85719 no earlier than your designated move in time provided in the chart below. When you arrive at the parking garage, we ask that all residents remain in their vehicle and have their State ID available to provide to one of our staff members. We ask that you carefully read the information below to become fast pass eligible. Once you receive your keys and pull into the garage a staff member will help guide you to your designated color-coded parking destination. After you park your vehicle, please move your belongings into your new apartment promptly as parking spaces are limited. Below you will find your move in times that have been assigned to you by floors.

Welcome to your move-in day! To ensure a smooth arrival process, please follow the steps shown on the map below. Our move-in map will guide you to the right place for your move-in. Simply follow the designated route and signage to reach your destination. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, our friendly staff will be available to help.
1. We request everyone complete their move-in procedures before August 1st to become “Fast Pass” eligible. Fast Pass status will help not only our staff speed up the move in process, but also allow you to quickly get settled into your new apartment.
2. Once you arrive at the parking garage on 10th Street, we ask that you stay in your vehicle and have your ID ready. Please stick to your assigned time to help us accommodate traffic flow and expediated move in times during the move in procedures.
3. A staff member will greet you at the entrance of the garage where they will provide you with your move in a packet and direct you to your parking zone to quickly get into your apartment.
4. If you are not Fast Pass qualified, you will need to see the front office to complete your move in procedures. There will be designated parking spots on the first level for those residents needing to pick up their keys from the office. These parking spots are meant to be 20-minute parking to allow for key pick up. You will then be able to move your vehicle to a closer parking space next to your apartment.
5. If you have registered your vehicle and received a parking pass, you may park in any available space. If you have not registered your vehicle, parking in the garage will be temporary and we ask that you move your car in a timely manner. Courtesy patrol will be monitoring the parking garage. Please note there is no assigned parking, it is first come first served. We will be color coding the parking levels to assist with traffic and get you as close to your apartment as possible.
6. To help guide you, there will be a balloon number on all buildings to signal which building is which.
7. Your building number is the first number of your assigned apartment. The second number is your floor, and the last two are your individual apartment number. For Example, Apt 2612 would be: Building 2, Floor 6, unit 12.

Fast-Pass Pre Move-In Requirements
We offer Fast Pass move-in options for your convenience. In order to qualify for this option, be sure you've completed all the items listed in the drop downs shown here, including any move in check list items shown in the ResidentPortal. Please note, failure to complete these items ahead of time may result in longer wait times during key pickup. Let's make your move-in process swift and seamless!
Checklist
On move-in day, we will verify that the full month’s installment, fees, and any outstanding paperwork are complete before giving out keys. Please note that we only accept certified checks; cash and money orders will not be accepted. If you choose to pay online before your arrival, please ensure to bring a copy of the online confirmation. Your first month’s installment is due no later than 08/01/2024. It’s crucial to ensure all fees and your first month’s installment are paid on time to secure your unit and prepare for move-in day.

Resident Portal
As a condition of the Housing Contract, residents are required to carry liability insurance. To satisfy this requirement you have two options - Do nothing and you will be automatically enrolled in the Damage Waiver Program for a monthly fee or Purchase liability insurance from a licensed agent and provide proof of coverage to our partner Confirm Insurance at portal.confirminsurance.com. Our property is proud to be pet friendly! Whether or not you are bringing a pet, all residents are required to register with PetScreening even if you do not have a pet. Please click the link below to read more and complete your pet screening application.

Utility accounts are already established in Landlords name for your unit. Go paperless and go green! Log in to your ResidentPortal to verify you email address is accurate. Providing your email address will allow you to receive a copy of your bill electronically each month. Statements sent to your email will contain a link that will automatically direct you to ResidentPortal where you can pay your bill.
