Welcome to Your Move-In Day Guide! We understand that moving can be a whirlwind of excitement and stress, which is why we're here to ensure your transition into your new living space is as smooth as possible. This page is your comprehensive resource for everything you need to know leading up to and on move-in day. From essential paperwork to handy tips, we've got you covered.

Move-In Procedures

We're thrilled to welcome you to your new home! To ensure a hassle-free move-in experience, we've outlined a step-by-step guide to streamline the process. Take a look at the sections below to learn more about your move-in times, where to pick up keys, what you need to complete ahead of time to qualify for Fast Pass Move-In, and more.

What To Expect Move-in Day

Your contract begins on 08/17/2025, and the earliest your apartment will be available for move-in is 08/17/2025. Please arrive at 55 N. Park Ave., Tucson, AZ 85719 no earlier than your designated move-in time provided in the chart below. When you arrive, please park in the garage if you are Fast Pass qualified. If you are not, please head to the leasing office. For move-in, you may park in the garage. You will be allowed to unload your items in the garage after receiving your keys. If you do not have a reserved parking space, you may use the garage for up to 30 minutes to unload your items.  After that, you will need to find parking outside the building. Please note that exterior parking is not affiliated with Mark Tucson and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do have a reserved parking space, you will receive your parking pass at move-in and may park in the garage overnight.
Please also note: 🚗 The garage has 5 parking levels, and space is limited. (Clearance height is 7’2″). Move-in times for your assigned floors are listed below:

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Floor 4 all buildings

4:00 pm - 4:00 pm Last chance
Exp: unit 2401 breaks down as follows: Building 2 Floor 4 Unit 01, this format helps you identify the specific location of a unit within the community.

To ensure a smooth arrival process, please follow the steps shown on the map below. Our move-in map will guide you to the right place for your move-in. Simply follow the designated route and signage to reach your destination. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, our friendly staff will be available to help.

**4. Complete the pet screening**, even if you do **not** have a pet.**

Fast-Pass Pre Move-In Requirements

We offer Fast Pass move-in options for your convenience. In order to qualify for this option, be sure you've completed all the items listed in the drop downs shown here, including any move in check list items shown in the ResidentPortal. Please note, failure to complete these items ahead of time may result in longer wait times during key pickup. Let's make your move-in process swift and seamless!

Move-In Requirements

Monthly Installments

On move-in day, we will verify that the full month’s installment, fees, and any outstanding paperwork are complete before giving out keys. Please note we accept payment online through the Resident Portal, checks, cashiers checks, and E-money orders. Cash and paper money orders will not be accepted. If you choose to pay online before your arrival, please ensure to bring a copy of the online confirmation. Your first month’s installment is due no later than 08/01/2025. It’s crucial to ensure all fees and your first month’s installment are paid on time to secure your unit and prepare for move-in day.

Insurance

As a condition of the Housing Contract, residents are required to carry liability insurance. To satisfy this requirement you have two options - Do nothing and you will be automatically enrolled in the Damage Waiver Program for a monthly fee or Purchase liability insurance from a licensed agent and provide proof of coverage to our partner Confirm Insurance. Please see attached flyer for more detail.

Pet Screening

Our property is proud to be pet friendly! Whether or not you are bringing a pet, all residents are required to register with PetScreening even if you do not have a pet. Please click the link below to read more and complete your pet screening application.

Utilities

Utility accounts are already established in Landlords name for your unit. Go paperless and go green! Log in to your Resident Portal to verify your email address is accurate. Providing your email address will allow you to receive a copy of your bill electronically each month. Statements sent to your email will contain a link that will automatically direct you to the Resident Portal where you can pay your bill.
