The common area furniture package includes a 43-inch smart TV, a coffee table, an entertainment table, a sofa and chair, a side table, and varying numbers of barstools based on the number of bedrooms in the apartment. In the bedrooms, each resident has a Full XL bed, desk and chair, two dressers, and a nightstand.
