During the application process, applicants will be able to select their desired floor plan and choose among a number of additional resident-specific details. Sign the housing contract — the final step — to ensure that your spot is secured. Transfer student applicants may also apply in person by visiting the property’s leasing office. Each of the fully furnished floor plans in our student community features modern furnishings and high-end accents. Based upon availability, residents can choose from studio apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, and VIP Smart Units, which includes unit-wide upgrades. Each layout includes full-size washer and dryer units, stainless-steel kitchen appliances — such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge — and high-speed Internet, as well as an upgraded cable package, and a custom-designed furniture package.

Yes! Success starts at right at home; that’s why our University of Arizona off campus housing community offers roommate matching services. Residents fill out a questionnaire, which features resident-specific details and lifestyle preferences, such as habits, hobbies, extracurricular activities, and other characteristics that help our team successfully match residents.
