Residents fill out a questionnaire, which features resident-specific details and lifestyle preferences, such as habits, hobbies, extracurricular activities, and other characteristics that help our team successfully match residents. Based upon availability, residents can choose from studio apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, and VIP Smart Units, which includes unit-wide upgrades. Each layout includes full-size washer and dryer units, stainless-steel kitchen appliances — such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge — and high-speed Internet, as well as an upgraded cable package, and a custom-designed furniture package.
